Organisation settings

Your organisation is the workspace that owns worlds, billing, plan limits, and members. Organisation settings apply to the whole org, not to a single world.

Where: Organisation switcher (top of sidebar, shows current org name), then select the organisation. Or, if you are an org Administrator, click Organisation in the sidebar. The organisation page opens with two tabs: Members and Billing.

Use Organisation settings to

  • View organisation members and their roles.
  • Invite new members by email.
  • Resend or delete pending invitations.
  • Change a member's organisation role.
  • Remove members from the organisation.
  • Review the current plan, plan limits, and billing status.
  • Change plan or cancel subscription if you are an Administrator.

You do not manage a single event's teams, participant invites, or world settings from Organisation settings. Use the relevant world details page for world-specific setup.

Members tab

  • Lists everyone in the organisation and their role.
  • Invite member - Add someone by email and assign a role. See Inviting collaborators.
  • Admins can resend pending invites, delete pending invitations, change a member's role, or remove a member.
  • Common roles are Administrator, World moderator, and Member. Role labels may appear in the UI using system names such as admin, world_moderator, and member.

Billing tab

  • Current plan - Name of the plan and what it includes.
  • Limits - e.g. max worlds, max users per world (can be extended with Boosts).
  • Next billing date - When the next charge or renewal is due.
  • Change plan / View plans & pricing - Open plan selection and checkout.
  • Cancel - End subscription at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Only Administrators can change plan or cancel. See Plans and billing for more detail.

Organisation roles vs world roles

Organisation roles apply across the organisation. World roles are assigned from a specific world's Users tab and apply only to that world. Use organisation roles for people who need repeated access across many worlds; use world roles for event-specific helpers.
