Inviting collaborators

Invite people to your organisation so they can help run events, manage worlds, or participate as organisation members. Invitees receive an email and must accept before they become active members.

Who can invite: Only organisation administrators can invite. If you do not see Invite member, you are not an admin for this org.

Where: Organisation switcher (top of sidebar) or Organisation in the sidebar, then open the organisation page and click Invite member.

How to invite

1. Open the organisation page (see Where above).
2. Click Invite member.
3. Enter Email address (the address they will use to sign in).
4. Choose Role: Administrator, World moderator, or Member (role labels may appear in the UI as admin, world_moderator, and member).
5. Submit. They receive an email and must accept the invite to join.

After they accept, they appear in the Members list. Until then, the invite appears as pending on the same page.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Administrator	Full access: organisation settings, Billing tab (plan, change plan, cancel), member management (invite, change roles, remove), and world management.
World moderator	Can manage worlds and enter world control panels. Cannot manage organisation settings, billing, or organisation members.
Member	Can view and participate in events. Cannot manage worlds, enter world control panels, change organisation settings, access billing, or manage members.

Role scopes at a glance

• Organisation administrator - organisation-wide access. This role can manage organisation settings, billing, members, and worlds.
• Organisation world moderator - world-management access across the organisation. This role can run worlds and use world control panels, but cannot manage organisation settings, billing, or members.
• World admin - world-specific access. This is assigned on an individual world and only applies to that world. It does not make someone an organisation administrator.

If you are inviting someone from the organisation Members page, you are assigning an organisation role. If you are inviting someone from a specific world's Users page, you are assigning a world role for that one world only.

After inviting

• Pending invites - Shown on the organisation page. You can revoke a pending invite so the link no longer works.
• Resend invite - Pending invite rows can be resent while the invite is still valid.
• After someone has joined - They appear under Members. Admins can change their role or remove them from the organisation from the same page.
• Self-management guardrails - You may not be able to remove yourself or change your own role from the member table.
